1.

In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data during the execution of the contract. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, orders.

2.

When you contact us, the data you provide us with (your address, your email address, possibly your name and telephone number, etc.) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this connection after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are legal storage obligations.

If you wish to conclude a contract with us or over us, it is necessary for the conclusion of a contract that you enter your personal data, which we need for the completion of your order. We use the data provided by you to process your order. We are entitled to do this pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 leg b GDPR.

If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, this is done within the framework of Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 leg c GDPR.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of us or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms do not outweigh the legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 leg f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. As a rule, the legitimate interest of our company lies in the provision of the services owed and/or the ongoing optimisation of our services and presentations.

We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, after two years we will restrict the processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

3.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We can forward your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 P. 1 leg b GDPR. This also applies to measures that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Finally, we are entitled to pass on your personal data to third parties in order to enforce our own claims, e.g. within the scope of receivables management.

4.

You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data we have stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data will be forwarded and the purpose of the storage. In addition, you have the right, under the conditions of Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the correction and/or under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR, the deletion and/or under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR, the restriction of processing.
